1Right of Withdrawal for Services

• 1.1

  You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• 1.2

  The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

• 1.3

  To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Digital Minds Photography, hello@digitalminds-photography.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

• 1.4

  To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2Consequences of Withdrawal

• 2.1

  If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

• 2.2

  For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for such repayment.

• 2.3

  If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you have informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. This amount is to be paid before the contract is dissolved by your withdrawal.

3Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

• 3.1

  The right of withdrawal expires in the case of contracts for the provision of services, if the trader has provided the service as agreed and the consumer has expressly agreed that the trader begins to execute the service before the end of the withdrawal period and has simultaneously confirmed his knowledge that he agrees to the expiry of his right of withdrawal by his consent.

4Right of Withdrawal for Goods

• 4.1

  If you order goods from us, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• 4.2

  The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

• 4.3

  To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

• 4.4

  To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

5Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

• 5.1

  a) Custom-made or clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs goods (e.g. individually manufactured photo books, personalized prints).

• 5.2

  b) Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

• 5.3

  c) Goods which, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

• 5.4

  d) Audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

6Special Regulation for Vouchers

• 6.1

  Vouchers sold as part of promotional campaigns at a reduced price (special offer) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they represent a discount limited to specific services or goods and no money flows to the company.
